Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our labor on every service we provide. If, within 30 calendar days of service completion, you experience an issue directly resulting from our workmanship, we will promptly return to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

This guarantee covers errors, defects, or performance issues directly related to the labor provided by our technicians.

Customer Satisfaction Promise

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service delivered, notify us within 5 business days of completion. We will assess the situation and take reasonable, professional steps to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

  • While we stand behind our labor, the following exclusions apply to our Service Guarantee:

  • Parts and Materials: Our guarantee applies to labor only. Any parts, equipment, or materials used are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, terms, and conditions.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any modification, adjustment, or tampering with the work performed by anyone other than MS Facility Solutions staff voids this guarantee.

  • External Factors: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, natural disasters, or other events outside our control is not covered.

  • Scope of Work Changes: Requests for service beyond the original agreed-upon scope will be treated as new work and quoted accordingly.
